Crisis, Disasters all Have a Beginning, a Middle and an End!

As-Salaamu Alaikum Family:

There’s a well known Prophetic narration which states that:” He /she who knows him or her self knows his or her Lord”, and a mental health maxim which states: “When you change the way you look at things; the things you look at change”!

It occurred to me during this confusing news tsunami and mixed and oftentimes contradictory and even reckless barrage like communication, that so many us are adrift in a tempest of despair.

Others of us have been laid off wondering and maybe suspecting that we’ve been victimized due to our ethnicity or was it just the old proverbial: “ last one hired. ,first one fired” practice? Who knows?

In any case, bereft of the anchor of routine / familiarity and conspicuous title, we may be experiencing feelings of being fatigued / disconnected within this abyss called: “ The New Normal”.

I don’t where you are in location or in your resolve. I’m not questioning your faith. There are just sometimes that we may feel dislocated and uncertain of our course.

And feelings of hurt, injustice , fear and or anxiety may be flooding us? These feelings are actually typical but unhealthy if held too long!!

HOLD ON, CATCH YOUR BREATH, AND BREATHE DEEP FROM YOUR STOMACH & REMEMBER THAT ALLAH IS AL-MUHEET (The ALL ENCOMPASSING).

CRISIS, DISASTERS ALL HAVE A BEGINNING, A MIDDLE AND AN END!

No matter the expanse of our despair; no matter the complexity of our circumstance, ALLAH THE MOST HIGH IS ALL PERVADING ALWAYS!! BREATHE , BREATHE and ground yourself with sajdah ( prostration)
And CATCH HOLD VIA

SURAH 27:62~ “He. Who answers the one in distress when he calls upon Him and removes the evil……….” REPEAT SEVERAL TIMES and KNOW that EVERYTHING WILL VANISH, WILL NOT ENDURE EXCEPT HIS PRESENCE!!!
